There are four acres of lush tropical gardens and bush, which abound with beautiful birds over 250 species spotted. A flood lit mod-grass tennis court and an 18m salt-water pool and lots of shady area's to sit and relax with a book. Yet only minutes form the beach and Sawtell's now famous Main Street, with it's giant fig trees and array of cafe's restaurants and Gallery's. Bonville international Golf resort Australia's most beautiful course is just down the road and Dorrigo with its world heritage site rain forest are about � hour drive away.Facilities:
