Stanley, situated on 160 acres of pasture land and flanked by two pristine mountain streams, the property offers stunning scenery with Mt. Stanley reserve to the north and pine plantations to the south and west. An ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy native birds, or to use as a base to explore nearby wineries, snowfields, Murray to Mountain Rail trail, fruit, berry and nut farms, historic towns, etc. We are just 10 kilometres from Myrtleford off the Great Alpine Road. 30 minutes drive from Wangaratta. We breed sheep and cattle and our guests and children are welcome to explore the farm and enjoy the animals, hand feed the sheep, goats, horses, geese and chooks, gather eggs. Go fishing in one of the dams or nearby streams. The kids will really love the calves in Autumn and the lambs in Spring. Guests can bottle feed lambs & calves in season. We also have a huge Greenhouse in which we grow Hydroponic Vegetables & invite our guests to view this operation. You can also bring your pets with you - by prior arrangement.
